12 each - TCB Ball is 3.2 inches in diameter and is used for both front and side toss. The optimum use is when the front toss method is used. With its weighted design, start out slowly with 3 to 6 solid hits and increase to maximum of 18 to 24 in one hitting session.

great deal
  We have the girls go from the reg TCB balls to the hole balls. Heavy balls force them to sit and hit line drives if they want it to go anywhere. They often compete to hit over the line of girls fielding. I'm ~10 ft away doing front toss. It won't kill you if it hits you but it's akin to a small medicine ball. Hole balls give more feedback than reg whiffles. They do seem to go farther than the normal whiffles though. Easier to throw these also and aren't as affected by wind.
